TECHNICAL LEADER & PRODUCT-MINDED SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Hello, I'm

Meto
Trajkovski.

AI-focused. Technical leader. Product-minded software engineer.

I put AI into practice, lead by example, and build with a product mindset. As a technical leader and product-minded software engineer, I connect deep engineering experience with a broad view of the product—from understanding the problem to delivery and continuous improvement.

02 / ABOUT

The person behind the code.

I’m a product-minded software engineer with 10+ years of professional experience, focused on practical AI and AI-assisted engineering.

With 5+ years in technical leadership, I lead by example, stay hands-on, and help teammates grow.

I connect user needs and business goals with delivery, taking ownership from discovery to improvement.

A T-shaped engineer, I combine engineering depth with breadth across the product lifecycle and strong attention to detail.

Programming competitions are part of my engineering roots: RoboMac AI winner (2015); 3rd place, Macedonian National Competition in Informatics (2012); ACM ICPC, Bucharest (2015); Junior Balkan Olympiad in Informatics, Belgrade (2007); CodeFu finalist (2014–2019).

03 / CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Selected experience.

A few selected engagements from my career—not a complete work history. These examples span payment systems and dental software, with employers and clients shown separately.

  1. Endava

    Client · Global Payments

    Reliable payment systems

    Technical leadership & hands-on delivery

Building and evolving .NET payment solutions for Global Payments on a platform that processes billions of dollars annually. The work supports high-volume, mission-critical financial operations, where reliability, scalability, and safe releases matter.

Cross-functional delivery alongside engineering, QA, product, and architecture stakeholders.

    • Lead work from requirements and solution design through testing, release coordination, and post-release support.
    • Establish maintainable architecture, code quality, and testing practices.
    • Mentor engineers and collaborate with globally distributed teams.
  2. Inscale

    Client · 3Shape

    Engineering in three dimensions

    Dental CAD/CAM software

Developed dental CAD/CAM software using .NET across Frame Design, Anatomy Design, and TRIOS, working with complex architectures and solving geometric problems in three dimensions.

    • .NET
    • CAD/CAM
    • 3D
    More about the work
    • Worked across three dental software products.
    • Developed algorithms for geometric problems in 3D space.
    • Applied algorithmic problem solving to complex dental-design workflows.

04 / STRENGTHS

What I bring to a team.

Practical AI, leadership by example, product thinking, and engineering depth shape how I work and support the people around me.

  1. Put AI into practice

    Practical AI

Apply AI-assisted workflows to everyday engineering. Define clear intent, evaluate the output, and use engineering judgment to decide what to trust and ship.

  2. Lead by example

    Hands-on leadership

Take ownership, stay hands-on, and demonstrate the standards I ask of others. Share context, give constructive feedback, and help teammates develop confidence and independence.

  3. Start with the problem

    Product thinking

Understand users, question assumptions, and connect engineering decisions to meaningful product outcomes. Stay involved beyond implementation to see whether the work solves the problem.

  4. Go deep. Connect the whole.

    T-shaped engineering

Combine engineering depth with breadth across discovery, architecture, development, testing, and delivery. Bring strong attention to detail to individual decisions and the product as a whole.

05 / HOW I WORK

From operational problem to maintained product.

  1. Understand

    Find the right problem

Clarify users, business goals, constraints, and what success looks like. Use conversations and quick AI-assisted UI prototypes to test assumptions before committing to a solution.

  2. Architect

    Give the solution structure

Turn the problem into clear requirements, boundaries, and acceptance criteria. Decide where AI can help and how its output will be evaluated.

  3. Build

    Turn intent into working software

Work in small, reviewable increments, using AI agents with clear context and instructions. Stay hands-on with design, implementation, code review, and testing, and take responsibility for the result.

  4. Launch & improve

    The release is a beginning

Validate behavior, release carefully, and learn using evidence from real users and production operation. Improve the product and the team’s workflow, sharing useful practices and lessons along the way.

06 / SELECTED WORK

Built to learn. Shared to help.

A selection of personal projects built to explore ideas, solve everyday problems, and share what I learn. These projects predate my current focus on AI-assisted engineering.

  1. Coding Problems

07 / BEYOND THE KEYBOARD

Discipline, one step at a time.

Long-distance running—half-marathons and marathons—is how I practice discipline: showing up early in the morning or late in the evening, even when motivation is low.

Away from the run, I try to learn something new every day about AI, leadership, product development, or software engineering.

08 / CONTACT
